Terraillon is a brand i knew from France and trusted i liked the sleek look and the 22 pounds limit.
I was so disappointed with this product i had to send it back and get a different one.
I'm a professional pastry chef and accuracy in the weighing of ingredients is key to my success. this scale , no matter what surface i placed it on, would not come to zero and stay there. It was extremely slow to register whatever weight had been reached, and would jump from in increments of hundreds of grs all the sudden, making it impossible to weigh such things as liquids directly into the mixing bowl. Then when the scale would finally settle on a number, it would only settle for a few seconds before going wild again and fluctuating by dozens of g or ounces. Like i said i've had very good products from terraillon in the past. this is not one of them !
